Sheila King Everett has a passion for prayer and personal spiritual awakening. For more than two decades she has prayed that awakening would come to the United States. Sheila has served alongside her husband in pastorates in Virginia, Texas, Florida and Arkansas. She was one the founders of the seminary, The John Leland Center for Theological Studies in the Washington DC area. She received her training in spiritual formation from The Shalem Institute of Spiritual Formation in Washington, DC. She is a graduate of the University of Alabama and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with additional post graduate studies at the University of Maryland. Currently Sheila resides in Dallas, Texas with her husband, Randel. They have two married adult children and two grandsons.
