Daily Prayer

Weekly Focus: Teach us to pray   Lovingly Heavenly Father, You are worthy of our praise.  Your love is higher than the heavens and deeper than the seas.  It outlasts everything!    Today as we meditate on Your words of “ask, seek and knock,” we want to thank You for those who asked on our behalf.  Perhaps some we did not know interceded for us.  If they are still walking on this earth, bless them today in a special way. It is so easy to get discouraged when we have been asking, seeking and knocking but do not hear Your voice or see Your movement.  But Lord we know we are to keep praying.  Teach us to be tenacious in our faith. Help us to walk in the Spirit so that we know how to ask, seek and knock in Your name. We are grateful that You want to fill us with Your Spirit exceedingly abundantly more than we know how to ask.  You are a wonderful, gracious God.  So we do ask for Your anointing and blessing in order to honor and glorify You. May it be obvious that we are Your children, Father. We love you.  Amen ske
